    Description:
    Pattern recognition system, camera and light source that mounts inline over any assembly line station where there are tight space restrictions.
    Application:
    Can be used in any industry where automated visual screening is required and space is limited.
    Design Highlights:
    Vernier adjusting mount brackets allow for quick focus on a PDIP marking line. A high-intensity light source attached next to the camera ensures clear recognition of the images. A pivot was incorporated so the assembly could be moved out of the way during maintenance without affecting the focus or alignment.
    Benefit:
    Easy adjustment, pivot mount and improved lighting made this a much better tool for screening mark quality.
