Burn-in Power System
Description:
The power system supplies precision voltages to devices under test (DUT) in a multi-zone burn-in chamber. Fuse arrays protect devices from over voltage as detected by the “crowbar” circuit. Multi-position output voltage switches enable the selection of any voltage within the capacity of the regulated power supplies contained in the system.
Application:
EBD has developed these devices with the flexibility to work in any industry where precision voltages are required for component testing.
Design Highlights:
Precision resistance pots are used to independently adjust the output and crowbar voltages. The 19″ rack design allows easy mounting and removal for voltage adjustment and fuse replacement
